Full Maintenance Contract - F.M.C.
Our full maintenance contract means provides our customer full maintenance services for their elevator. Much like an insurance policy this allows the owner to accurately budget their elevator expenses. This contract also gives our custommer the confidence of knowing that they will never need to address any isssue regarding their elevator. This will help with liability issues and possibly reduce insurance for the building. Since we have complete maintenance responsibilities you can be assured of maximized uptime.
Parts, Oil, and Grease Contract - P.O.G.
This contract is good for newer elevators that may be in or out of warranty but are still relatively new. With this contract we provide only specific repairs at no additional costs and of course oil grease, standard maintenance and inspections.
Examination & Lubrication Contract
Examination and Lubrication contracts include lubrication of moving parts and minor adjustment
on a regularly scheduled basis. When additional services are needed,
the mechanic reports potential problems to the property manager who
then schedules all repairs to be paid by the building owner.
